HOW TO ORDER IT?

 

  • Choose the service you would like to give someone as a gift voucher
  • Send your request via contact email reception@retroriverside.cz or call us on +420 353 972 524.
  • Specify your request and state address where you would like to send us your voucher
  • You will recieve pro-forma invoice with voucher application details for bank transfer
  • After payment - you will receive confirmation letter and voucher within few 5 days
  • Gift voucher might be applied according to application procedure
  • Be ware that voucher can be applied only uppon availability and hotel reserves right to propose alternative date for application in case service is unavailable
  • In case you have already exact date when you would like to apply the voucher - we recommend you to book the service directly via our reservation system HERE. You can still recieve unique designed voucher via post
  • Minimum Gift Voucher value is 1000,- CZK
